We are looking for a Traceability & Compliance Assistant (Apprentice) to join our Global Sustainability team. This role supports Salomon’s Sustainability & Product Compliance initiatives across our Apparel & Bags, Footwear, and Winter Sports Equipment business units.You will contribute to supply chain traceability and compliance projects, tools, and processes, helping ensure reliable and structured sustainability data across our supply chain.1. Traceability & CertificationsCollect traceability dataCollect, enter and update traceability information from internal teams and external suppliers in traceability tools, spreadsheets, or internal systems.Check that data is complete and clearly documented, or flag missing or unclear information to the team.Support organization of supplier documentation & complianceSupport, where needed, collection and organization of supplier documentation (questionnaires, declarations, certificates) by filing documents following internal structure and naming rules and tracking document status and validity dates.Support the preparation of internal traceability project reviews or external audits.Support certificationsSupport material certification projects.Track certified materials and related documents and check that sustainability or material claims are backed by documentation.Assist in preparing evidence for reporting, compliance or auditing purposes2.
