Role overview :

As a Junior Marketing Assistant Apprentice, you will join our Marketing team and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities. Working alongside experienced marketers, you will support the execution of 360° marketing campaigns for the French market, equally Meetic and DisonsDemain, while developing your skills across brand marketing, communications, content, partnerships and social media.

  How you’ll make an impact:

Marketing :

• Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the execution of local marketing initiatives
• Assist in coordinating local marketing campaigns across Brand and Acquisition teams
• Help monitor campaign performance and identify key learnings
• Conduct competitor and market research to support strategic recommendations
• Contribute to the preparation of the annual Integrated Marketing Plan Communications :
  • Help develop creative communication ideas to strengthen brand awareness & consideration in France
  • Collaborate with our local PR agency and support the execution of PR initiatives
  • Review, edit, and contribute to press releases and editorial materials
  • Support the coordination and execution of partnership projects.
  • Assist in preparing creative briefs for agencies, media partners and content creators Content & Social Media :
    • Help ensure each brand's tone of voice is applied consistently across communications
    • Support the planning and creation of engaging social media content
    • Assist with copywriting and content creation across digital channels.
    • Coordinate with the Creative Lab on visual asset production
      We could be a match if : 
      • Native French speaker with a strong understanding of French culture; comfortable communicating in English (written and spoken).
      • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in PR, content and social media.
      • Interest in social media, PR and influencer marketing 
      • Curious, analytical and eager to learn, with an interest in using data to understand campaign performance.
      • Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
      • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
      • Open-minded, adaptable, curious, connected to trend/lifestyle & cultural topics
      • First experience (internship, student project or association) in marketing, communications or social media is a plus

         

        What’s the team like?

        You'll report to the Senior Marketing Managers France and work closely with Brand, Acquisition and Creative Lab teams, as well as external agencies and partners. The team combines creativity with data-driven decision making and offers a collaborative environment where you'll learn, contribute and grow through meaningful marketing projects.

        Interview Process:

        • A first 30min Zoom interview with Fatima-Ezzahra Abidi (Talent Acquisition Specialist).
        • A 60 min onsite meeting with the hiring manager Maïlys Mertian (Sr. Marketing Manager) and/or Marie DEMEIRE (Sr. Marketing Manager).
        • A 30 min Zoom interview with Anna Robbert (Global Marketing Director).
