With more that 3.500 partent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN). As an apprentice Applied R&D Engineer, you will embark on a two-year program designed to build expertise in data architecture, AI development, cloud deployment, and data governance. You will contribute to real-world projects, including generative AI tools, cloud-based data solutions, and advanced data integration frameworks. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while developing skills in leadership, project management, and cutting-edge technologies. Qualifications: Educational Background : Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, or a related field. Technical Expertise : Knowledge of real-time data engineering, big data frameworks, relational and NoSQL databases, and data visualization tools. AI Development Skills : Familiarity with machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and generative AI techniques. Cloud Computing Knowledge : Understanding of cloud platforms, MLOps/DataOps, and infrastructure orchestration. Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Communication Skills : Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and present findings clearly. Leadership Potential : Interest in developing leadership and project management skills. Proactive Mindset : Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
