You join our team within the Information Systems department, which is looking for a Management Assistant, for an apprenticeship of 2 years from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- Construction and budgetary monitoring of the Data Management & IT Department (annual budget > €10M): implementation of financial dashboards with amounts committed, invoiced, paid, broken down by projects and run, forecasts;
- Analysis of billing and forecasts on the main cost items of the Management;
- Control of the management of suppliers and service providers (more than 40 suppliers in France and internationally): contracts, receipt of services, payments);
- Complete management of the billing process in the Sage X3 tool: purchase orders, receipts
