You join our Invoices & Expenses Accounting team, which is looking for a Accountant, for a 2-year apprenticeship from September 2026.
This team, which is composed of about ten collaborators, is currently working on the implementation of electronic invoicing. As an accounting intern, you will be required to assist us in the control and justification of the recording of expenses (overheads) related to the operation of the Bank.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
1st year of apprenticeship:
- Supplier payment inspections / Accounting for Suppliers refunds;
- Writing on balancing accounts and Deferred Expense accounts;
- Monthly justification of the supplier account;
- Framing of the VAT account vis-à-vis the supplier account;
- Monitoring and justification of supplier assets outstanding;
- Receivables settlement account scoring;
- Monitoring of transition accounts;
2nd year of apprenticeship:
- Passage of accounting entries;
- Accounting management of fixed assets (including IFRS16);
- Verification of collaborator supporting documents as part of expense reports reimbursements.
