POSITION AND MISSIONS

You join our Governance & Regulatory Affairs team within the 'Enterprise Risk Management' (ERM) department, which is looking for a Risk & Governance Project Manager, for a 1-year apprenticeship from September 2026.

The Governance & Regulatory Affairs team is responsible for overseeing the governance of the committees, coordinating the recommendations of the Inspectorate-General and the ECB’s on-site missions, as well as setting up and implementing processes and performance indicators (KPIs). We also manage communication with the ECB, Groupe BPCE and the general management.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

  • Contribute to the governance of the committees and manage the project for setting up processes within ERM,
  • Map ERM processes: Participate in the documentation and visualization of our key risk management processes,
  • Reporting of Performance Indicators (KPI): Contribute to the calculation, analysis and quarterly reporting of performance indicators,
  • Updating the documentary corpus: Charters and procedures

Your assignments will focus primarily on credit, market, counterparty and operational risks and will include in particular:

  • The preparation of committees, drafting of the counter-report and post-committee follow-up.
  • The implementation and monitoring of automation of new KPIs, as well as the quarterly production of indicators, followed by the analysis and presentation of results,
  • ERM Process Review Project: Collaborate on a large-scale project aimed at reviewing our ERM processes. This will involve preparing and leading meetings, reporting deliverables in the Natixis tool, and monitoring progress.
  • Calculation and monitoring of KPIs: Participate in the calculation and monitoring of new performance indicators. You will be involved in the automation of these processes and in the preparation of quarterly presentations, including the analysis and reporting of results.
  • Document Management: Proactively contribute to the update and validation of the documentary corpus, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • The update and animation of the ERM portal on topics related to governance and Regulatory Affairs.
