POSITION AND MISSIONS

You are joining our ESG Risk team, who is looking for a ESG Risk Analyst, for an apprenticeship of a year from September 2026.

The ESG Risk team ensures the control of ESG risks (Environment, Social, Governance) for Global Banking through the application of sectoral policies, the Equator Principles and the review of controversies.


In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:


• Ensure the analysis of environmental & social (E&S) risks for financing operations in the most often sensitive industrial sectors (mining, energy, power plant, infrastructure,...);
• In connection with the business lines, ensure the management and monitoring of E&S risks for project financing in accordance with the Equateur Principles and Natixis' internal procedure;
• Analyze the reputational risks of counterparties;
• Prepare the committees where E&S risks are debated (Credit Committee, Conduct Committee, Reputation Risk Committee,...).

As an intern, you participate in the development of CSR policies, in the management of databases to establish or update exclusion lists, in the preparation of arguments in response to letters from NGOs and questionnaires from external rating agencies.financial, to cross-functional works and projects.
