POSITION AND MISSIONS

You are joining our Counterparty risk monitoring (CRM) team who is looking for a Counterparty risk analyst on market operations for a one-year apprenticeship  from September 2026. 

The Risk Department ensures the monitoring and control of risks for all the bank’s activities. It brings together the teams specializing in credit risks, market risks and operational risks. The objective of the Risk Department is to provide management with rapid, objective, effective and reasoned information on the risks incurred by the bank, to propose an appropriate framework and to monitor its implementation. Within the Risk Department, the Counterparty Risk team ensures prior control of market operations with regard to defined counterparty risk limits. The team is actively involved in implementing the different processes aimed at measuring the bank’s exposure to counterparty risk, making this calculation more reliable and strengthening the monitoring system.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

  • Calculate the counterparty risk of market operations envisaged by the Front office;
  • Ensure the correct application of credit authorization procedures concerning market operations;
  • Prepare analyses of the most complex transactions by highlighting their risks and their impact on the current portfolio;
  • Contribute to the implementation, improvement and automation of risk indicators monitoring (for example: liquidity risk on securities loans/borrowings, Wrong Way Risk, Stress Tests...).
