Apprenticeship - 1 Year - Accounting Manager F/H

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
 

• Participate in the monitoring of Associates' payments:
• Track and update unpaid items in the Management tools;
• Control requests for income regularization;
• Assist in entering subscription requests.

For the Mutations pole: 

• Block and unlock income in the event of succession;
• Manage the files of abandoned funds;
• Feeding of monitoring tables and control of accounting adjustment requests.

For the Client Services division: 

• Participate in the quarterly distribution of revenues and process rejections;
• Participate in the organization of general meetings (ballot papers, convocations,...).
• Participate in the tax campaign;
• Registration of subscription forms on the primary market and contribute to updating the Clients database; 
• Awareness of KYC (Know your Customer) and LAB Anti-Money Laundering standards.
