Apprenticeship - 1 or 2 years - Sales Management Assistant F/H

You join our team, which is looking for a Sales Management Assistant, for an alternation of 1 or 2 years from September 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Management of the agenda of the two Commercial Directors, members of the Executive Committee;
• Organization and preparation of meetings, travel (train tickets, hotels...);
• Organization and follow-up of training (room reservation, accommodation, meals and certificates);
• Ordering breakfasts;
• Management of meeting rooms;
• Reception of visitors;
• Formatting of documents;
• Daily mail collection and sorting;
• Participation in various administrative activities.

You intervene with the two commercial departments.
