Job Description Summary Job Description • Actively participate in the annual RFQ (Request for Quotation) process for the Europe & NAM scope, supporting the Regional Sourcing Leader. • Support the preparation of negotiations (comparative analysis, cost breakdowns, presentations). • Maintain and update contract databases and the ERP system (AXAPTA). • Monitor purchase orders progress and coordinate with logistics teams to secure material availability. • Prepare presentations and reporting materials for internal meetings and supplier reviews. • Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and supply chain optimization projects in collaboration with global teams. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (quality, production, engineering, supply chain, global sourcing). • Track and analyze supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, costs) and provide regular reportings.
