------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Title: Analyst, Finance Office location: Mumbai / Hybrid Job Type (perm/FTC) Permanent Context & Job Purpose As an Analyst, Finance , you will play a key role in supporting the company's external financial reporting and compliance processes. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in financial reporting systems, including Wdesk, HFM, Oracle, and Oracle Fusion , while partnering with finance and accounting teams across the organization. You will contribute to accurate and timely reporting, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement. Key responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare and support quarterly and annual financial statements, including: Profit & Loss Statement (P&L) Balance Sheet Statement of Cash Flows Ensure accurate and timely compilation, analysis, and reporting of financial information in accordance with US GAAP and company policies. Support the company's external financial reporting requirements and regulatory filings . Regulatory Compliance & Controls Maintain and update process documentation to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. Support internal control processes and financial reporting governance. Assist in preparing documentation and responses for external audit and quarterly review activities. SEC & Government Reporting Support the preparation and filing of: Form 10-K Form 10-Q Other U.S. government regulatory filings Ensure reporting accuracy and adherence to filing deadlines. Systems & Process Improvement Develop subject-matter expertise in Wdesk, HFM, Oracle, and Oracle Fusion platforms. Provide guidance and support to finance and accounting stakeholders on reporting tools and system usage. Participate in special projects focused on process optimization, automation, and performance improvements. Recommend and implement best practices to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy. Education & Certifications required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance , or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience , preferably within a public accounting environment. Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and accounting practices. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Skills CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification. Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle Cloud applications.
