Description and Requirements About the Position The Junior Project Analyst will be responsible for supporting the introduction of new Lenovo products by assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of activities related to product development and manufacturing. The role will also support continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Manufacturing, and supporting functions to ensure the efficient implementation of processes, products, and technical solutions.We are looking for an organized, analytical professional with strong collaboration skills who is interested in working in a dynamic manufacturing and technology environment. Key Responsibilities Support new product introduction (NPI) activities by tracking project plans, timelines, and execution. Assist Engineering and Manufacturing teams in project implementation and the resolution of technical issues. Identify continuous improvement opportunities, contributing to process optimization and increased operational efficiency. Monitor project risks and potential issues, supporting the definition and implementation of corrective actions. Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) procedures and standards, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed. Availability to work 100% onsite in Indaiatuba, Brazil. Advanced English. #LPS #LI-Hybrid
