Responding to RFPs, Requests For Information (RFIs), promoting Amundi existing product(s) or bespoke investment solutions in response to client risk/return objectives and guidelines, as well as updating Annual Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for existing clients. In all cases, it implies describing the proposed investment solution and its specific features, investment process and philosophy, historical performance, management team, risk mitigation process, trading, competitive advantages in different market cycles etc.Day-to-day responsibilities include:Lead the RFP lifecycle by aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant responses and ensure on-time submission to support business development objectives.Follow the RFP process by conducting global kick-off calls for requests, defining internal deadlines, identifying the sources of information and highlighting the most important aspects of the proposal to convey high quality answersWork closely with Amundi stakeholders (sales directors, portfolio managers, investment specialists, etc.) to gather their contributions and clearly present investment solutionsStructure company answers to promote Amundi and its competitive advantagesUse our RFP software as well as our in-house RFP AI Agent tool to identify responses to requests and contribute content to the RFP library knowledge base
