In implementation projects, you will be responsible for the design, development and maintainability of the Java-based backend systems, incorporating a modular service architecture based on our own aixigo:BLOXX platformThe technical leadership of a development team as well as the support and guidance of the developers are also part of your area of responsibilityYou are a multiplier of knowledge about the use of the aixigo:BLOXX platform in your own project or in the project of a customer or implementation partner and thus a very important success factor for these projectsYou work closely with business consultants and analysts, product managers and other stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement new software solutionsYou support the creation of offers through your ability to oversee the implementation of requirements and anticipate challengesFurthermore, you ensure that the systems are developed with performance, scalability and security in mindYou keep up to date with new technologies and industry trends and apply your knowledge to improving our technology landscapeYou take part in code reviews and provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvementYou act as a technical expert who guides, coaches and supports the development team
