Responsabilités du poste:
Participer à l’industrialisation (Définition des processus, des moyens d’assemblage et des temps associés)
Concevoir et réaliser des outillages et/ou d’équipements
Réaliser des études de postes (ergonomie et aménagement)
Réaliser des documents techniques d’aides à la production
Participer aux groupes d'améliorations continues (Résolution de problèmes, 8D, PDCA, KAIZEN, LEAN...)
Vous intégrez un Cursus en Amélioration Continue, performance industrielle ou équivalent (BAC +2, Licence, MASTER, BAC +5 ou équivalent)
Vous faites preuve de capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
Vous avez le goût du terrain et une motivation pour l’environnement industriel
Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et informatiques (Logiciel de conception 2D voire 3D, Pack Office...)
Connaissances en productique ou mécanique et automatisme
Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais
Sens du détail et capacité à travailler avec méthode et précision
Bonnes capacités d'organisation et de gestion des priorités
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en respectant les objectifs et les délais
