Responsabilités du poste:
Participer à la mise à jour du Système de Management Intégré
Identifier les exigences applicables dans les différents sujets confiés
Participer à la mise en place des actions pour garantir la conformité aux exigences
Mettre à jour le Document Unique d’Evaluation des Risques et l’Analyse Environnementale
Rédiger et mettre en place des consignes de sécurité, sensibiliser le personnel
Optimiser la gestion des déchets
Identifier les situations à risques et suivre les actions correctives
Former/animer/sensibiliser sur des sujets HSE
Organiser/participer aux visites, audits et suivre les plans d’actions
Reporter les indicateurs sécurité et environnement
Vous préparez des contenus de communication percutants et adaptés aux objectifs. Vous vous appuyez sur des sources variées et faites preuve de curiosité en posant des questions pertinentes. Vous privilégiez un style de collaboration efficace, favorisant l’échange, la coopération et l’atteinte d’objectifs communs.
Vous intégrez une formation de niveau BAC + 5 dans le domaine Qualité Sécurité Environnement, école d’ingénieur ou équivalent
Capacité à mener un projet, d’analyse et de synthèse
Vous êtes force de proposition
Vous avez le goût du terrain et une motivation pour l’environnement industriel
Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et informatiques (Pack Office..)
Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais
Sens du détail et capacité à travailler avec méthode et précision
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en respectant les objectifs et les délais
Capacité à faire preuve de curiosité
Aptitude à réagir rapidement et efficacement face aux situations nouvelles ou imprévues
Capacité à structurer son travail de manière méthodique, en suivant des processus clairs et en assurant la fiabilité des résultats
