Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) supply chain & qualité manager (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus SAS sur son site de Louis Breguet (A30) à Colomiers.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 25 personnes au sein du département SP & WP Électriques (POSC2) en charge des fournisseurs de produits électriques.

Cet apprentissage consistera à:

-Acquérir par la pratique la maîtrise des activités clés d’un supply chain &
quality manager dans un environnement international

-Participer à l’amélioration de l’efficacité des processus (opérationnels, repo

ting, escalation) du service.

Cet apprentissage en alternance débutera en septembre / octobre 2026 pour une durée de 2 ans.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Surveiller, Évaluer et développer un fournisseur

• Gérer des projets de changement d’un fournisseur.

• Évaluer et réduire les risques supply chain & fournisseur

• Gérer une crise qualité / logistique

• Améliorer et créer des processus

Compétences & Prérequis :
Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC + 4/5 idéalement en lien avec la supply chain et/ou la qualité pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Méthodes de résolution de problèmes (PPS)

• Méthodes d’amélioration continue de la qualité.

• Méthodes d’analyse de risque

• Principes et outils du MRPII

• Méthodes de gestion de projets

• Elaboration et gestion de KPIs (environnement google)

• Analyse et reingeniering de processus

• Rigoureux (se), curieux (se)

• Doté (e) d’un sens relationnel et bonne capacité de communication et d’animation

• Capacité d’intégration dans une équipe et souplesse d’adaptation

• Reconnu(e) pour vos qualités d’organisation

• Aptitude d’analyse et de synthèse

• et pourvu(e) d’esprit d’équipe

● Compétences linguistiques :
Anglais  : Intermédiaire
Français : Courant

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

Notre processus de sélection
L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur.
Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List.
Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

This apprenticeship will consist in: Thanks to practice, master the key roles of supply chain and quality manager in international setup, and contribute to improve efficiency commodity’s process related to operations, reporting, and escalation.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2026 and will last .2 years

Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Survey, assess, develop supplier

• Manage transfert of work/ business

• Manage production change and new product introduction

• Assess and manage supply chain & supplier Risks

• Manage Quality/logistic crisis

• Improve process of organization

Skills &Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC+ 4 level training ideally in the field of Supply chain and / or quality or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Problem solving methodology ( PPS)

• Method & tools for continuous improvement on quality

• Method for risk analysis

• MRPII principles & tools

• Project management methodology

• Build and manage KPIs (google environment)

• Method to re engineer process

• Rigorous, inquisitive, curious

• Gifted with good interpersonal and communication skills and animation

• Ability to integrate into a team and flexibility of adaptation

• Recognized for your organizational skills

• Ability to analyze and synthesize

• and provided with team spirit
