Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) Analyste Réglementaire développement durable (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus sur son site de Blagnac. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 11 personnes au sein du département "Développement durable” et plus précisément de l’équipe “Sustainability Regulatory Intelligence & Trends”.

Cet apprentissage consistera à: mener des travaux de recherches et des analyses dans divers domaines relatifs notamment au climat, l’énergie, la biodiversité, les substances et matières premières, la pollution, la circularité, la finance durable, le reporting et les droits de l’Homme. Vous contribuerez à l’identification des exigences réglementaires pertinentes pour l'entreprise, à leur analyse et à leur communication. 

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 1 an. 

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice), vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

• Veille réglementaire dans le domaine du développement durable

• Activités de recherche et d’analyses dans le cadre de projets relatifs à l’identification de tendances réglementaires sur des sujets liés au développement durable

• Mise à jour de bases de données et de cartographies (par exemple, sur les mandats de carburants d’aviation durables, la réglementation de l’hydrogène et les systèmes de tarification du carbone)

• Contribution à la rédaction d’une newsletter hebdomadaire sur l’actualité réglementaire

• Contribution à la préparation de notes, analyses, présentations sur des développements réglementaires dans le domaine du développement durable 

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +5 dans le domaine du Droit, des Sciences de l’environnement, de l’Économie de l'environnement, de la Finance durable ou des relations internationales pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 an. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Compétences en sciences de l'environnement, développement durable ou droit.

• Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse, notamment la capacité à résumer des informations complexes.

• Excellent esprit d'équipe et compétences en collaboration/communication.

• Capacité à s'organiser, à établir des priorités et à travailler dans des délais serrés.

• Capacité à travailler dans un contexte multifonctionnel et multiculturel.

Compétences linguistiques : 

• Anglais : négociation / courant 

• Le français, l'espagnol, l'allemand et le chinois seront considérés comme un atout.

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

Notre processus de sélection 

L’étude des candidatures est réalisée par un recruteur. 

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur, vous serez invité(e) à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Cet entretien vidéo sera visionné par le recruteur. Si votre candidature est présélectionnée à l’issue de cette étape, elle sera transmise au/à la manager du poste. 

Le/la manager (et/ou tuteur(trice)) organisera des entretiens avec les candidat(e)s présélectionné(e) avant de choisir le/la candidat(e) final(e) retenu(e) sur le poste.

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprentice Sustainability Regulatory Analyst (F/M)" has just opened within Airbus on the Blagnac site. You will join the Sustainability Regulatory Intelligence and Trends department.

Within this team, you will be involved in : regulatory related research and analysis in various fields, including climate, energy, biodiversity, substances and raw materials, pollution, circularity, sustainable finance, reporting, and human rights. You will contribute to identifying, analysing, and communicating the upcoming and existing regulatory requirements relevant to the company. 

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 1 year. 

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 
You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Regulatory monitoring in the field of sustainability

• Research and analysis activities within the framework of projects related to identifying regulatory trends on topics related to sustainable development

• Updating databases and maps (for example, on sustainable aviation fuel mandates, hydrogen regulations, and carbon pricing systems)

• Contributing to the drafting of a weekly newsletter on sustainability regulatory news

• Contributing to the preparation of reports, analyses, and presentations on regulatory developments in the field of sustainability

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a BAC+5 level training in the field of Law, Environmental Science, Environmental Economy, International relationships or Sustainable Finance or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 year. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Skills in environmental science, sustainable development, or law.

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, including the ability to summarize complex information.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration/communication skills.

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.

• Ability to work in a multifunctional and multicultural environment.

Language skills: 

• English : negotiation / fluent

• French, Spanish, German and Chinese will be considered an asset.

Our selection process:
