Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « ALT 2026 - AI & Data Analyst for Research and Technology (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Operations SAS sur son site de Toulouse (Saint-Martin).

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 50 personnes au sein du département Développement et Partenariats en matière de la Recherche et Technologie en charge d'identifier, développer et exploiter de nouvelles opportunités en matière de recherche, de technologie et de financement public.

Cet apprentissage consistera à : piloter la digitalisation des activités de R&T du département. Vous analyserez les processus existants pour identifier les leviers d'optimisation via l'IA et les données, tout en acquérant une vision stratégique sur les politiques publiques et les technologies énergétiques émergentes.

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 2 ans. 

Ce poste peut nécessiter une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessiter d'être éligible à une certaine habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur/tutrice, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Analyser les processus opérationnels existants pour identifier les domaines d'application de l'IA.

• Rationaliser les flux de travail entre le département R&T et les fonctions support (Finance, Achats).

• Moderniser les rapports départementaux en proposant des solutions innovantes de visualisation.

• Transformer les données brutes en tableaux de bord dynamiques et pertinents pour l'aide à la décision.

• Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie digitale globale du département.

• Participer à la gestion des dossiers de recherche et technologie liés aux financements publics.

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac+5 dans le domaine des Technologies de l'Information (TI), de l'Analyse de Données ou de la Gestion de Projet pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

• Maîtrise des outils d'analyse de données et de data visualisation (PowerBI, Tableau ou équivalent).

• Connaissance des concepts d'Intelligence Artificielle appliqués à l'optimisation de processus.

• Capacité à gérer des projets de digitalisation en milieu industriel.

Soft skills :

• Solides capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et aptitude à convaincre.

• Excellentes compétences relationnelles et esprit d'équipe internationale.

• Dynamisme, rigueur et forte curiosité pour la recherche et l'innovation.

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : avancé / négociation

• Français : intermédiaire

An apprenticeship offer entitled "AI & Data Analyst for Research and Technology (F/M)" has just opened within Airbus Commercial at the Saint Martin site.

 You will join the R&T Development & Partnerships department in charge of identifying, developing and leveraging new opportunities for research, technology and public funding.   

This apprenticeship will be an opportunity to gain experience in strategic planning; public policy and publicly funded research & technology related to emerging energy technologies.

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 2 years.

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

We are seeking a proactive student to drive the digitalization of our R&T business activities. Your core mission will involve exploring existing processes to identify areas where Artificial Intelligence can enhance simplicity and operational efficiency:

• You will specifically focus on streamlining workflows between our department and the Finance and Procurement teams.

• A key pillar of your role will also be the modernization of our departmental reporting. We expect you to propose innovative solutions to transform raw data into dynamic, insightful dashboards.

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the department’s digital roadmap while gaining hands-on experience in an international environment. If you possess a keen analytical mind and a passion for digital innovation, join us to help redefine our way of working through automation and smart data management. You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Skills & Prerequisites:

 You will integrate a BAC+5 level training in the field of Information Technology (IT), Data Analysis, and Business/Project Management equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Strong capacity for analysis and synthesis; and you have the ability to convince.

• Good interpersonal skills as well as listening skills.

• Demonstrate excellent drafting and communication skills.

• Experience in a professional setting and are comfortable in an international team.

• Proof of dynamism, flexibility, rigor and have organizational skills.

• Strong interest in problem-solving, as well as curiosity and a passion for research.

Language skills:

• English: advanced

• French: intermediate

• Any other languages are a plus
