Your mission: As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be fully integrated into the recruitment team and actively contribute to supporting multiple hiring needs coming directly from Business Managers. This is not an observation internship, you will progressively take ownership and play a real role in the recruitment performance of the team. Your objective:Support the team’s workloadDevelop strong recruitment fundamentalsLearn how consulting recruitment works in a business-driven environment Your responsibilities: You will progressively work on:Understanding hiring needs fromBusiness ManagersSourcing candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, direct approach)Building and managing talent poolsConducting screening callsManaging several recruitment priorities simultaneouslyParticipating in interviews (withRecruiter and Business Manager)Following candidates throughout the recruitment processDepending on your progression, you may also:Conduct interviews independentlyContribute to recruitment strategy on specific roles
