AKKODIS - Project Lead (H/F/X)

Your mission: We are looking for a Medior Project Lead Electromechanics for one of our key clients. In this role, you will be responsible for leading electromechanical projects from engineering through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and act as the key interface between engineering, contractors, suppliers, and operational stakeholders.You will contribute to strategic transmission infrastructure projects that support Belgium's energy transition and the evolution of the electricity grid.Responsibilities:Managing electromechanical infrastructure projects throughout their entire lifecycle.Coordinating engineering activities, technical studies, and project execution.Monitoring project scope, budget, planning, quality, and risks.Acting as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.Leading project meetings and providing regular progress reporting.Managing procurement and contractor follow-up activities when required.Supporting commissioning, testing, and handover phases.Identifying technical and operational risks and implementing mitigation actions.Driving continuous improvement and promoting project management best practices.
