AGL transport & logistics - IFF OPERATOR - DECLARATION M/F

1.Ensure all the necessary documents required to make entries are in order.2. Lodge accurate Customs entries in the KRA system, ensure a set of the local COC processing is shared with the supervisor.3. Support Supervisor with all taxes /fee computation enquiries including e.g. KEBS, Port health, radiation etc.4. Constantly check in Tradex/ICMS to confirm any passing & KENTRADE or rejection of entries, respond to Customs messages pertaining to any queries raised regarding the same through TRADEX.5. Ensure customs files have all the necessary attachments, ensure KEBS consignment documents are complete and a set to obtain local COC is shared with the supervisor or PORT operation team in real time.6. Support the supervisor on enquiries regarding documents, Customs duties, Customs requirements and regulations.7. Handle Customs queries in liaison with the supervisor.8. Lodge accurate IDF's in the KRA ICMS system.9. Lodge PGA regulatory import permits & other consignment documents in TFP-KenTrade system.
