About The PositionTimor Port S.A, a subsidiary of the AGL Group, is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Officer. The role will be responsible to support the HSSE team in implementing and maintaining effective safety procedures, conducting risk assessments, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives. The position plays a key support role in ensuring that an organization complies with safety regulations and maintains a safe working environment. The main responsibilities of the role will be:• Safety coordination in line with ISPS procedures and guidelines. • Track and monitor terminal activities from shore to yard to gates.• Ensure that industrial operations follow local regulations as well as company regulations. • Act as focal point to conduct a detailed investigation for any health-safety-security near miss, incident, and accident. • Assess potential health-safety-security risks and with HSSE Manager support to develop mitigation plans. • Performs daily basis and regular site inspections for health-safety compliances. • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain health-safety compliances. • Provide assistance and job training to team members when required.
