Overview
Are you curious, analytical, and interested in turning data into clear, actionable insights? Join our team and help drive a deeper understanding of our markets, customers, and business performance.
In this role, you will analyze results, identify trends, and uncover key findings to support business decisions. Working closely with other departments and our subsidiaries, you will help promote the adoption of dashboards and contribute to go-to-market and customer experience initiatives.
You will play a key role in making data accessible, digestible, and actionable, while supporting teams with your analytical mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to share information and insights effectively.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret data from a variety of sources to identify trends, gaps, and key findings
Put results into context by taking into account business realities, customer and market dynamics, and organizational objectives
Translate analyses into clear summaries, presentations, and recommendations tailored to different audiences
Support teams in understanding and leveraging dashboards, performance indicators, and analytical tools
Gather feedback, needs, and insights from users, markets, customers, and subsidiaries to enrich analyses
Analyze the outcomes of campaigns, product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and customer experience projects to identify valuable learnings and formulate recommendations
Collaborate with business, analytics, and marketing teams to foster knowledge sharing and drive the continuous improvement of tools
Qualifications
Hold a university degree in business administration or a related field
Have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in analytics, customer and market insights, marketing, performance measurement, or customer experience
Demonstrate strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, and be able to turn complex information into clear and actionable insights
Possess a strong understanding of business realities and B2B dynamics
Be comfortable presenting results, supporting users, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization
Demonstrate autonomy, attention to detail, curiosity, and adaptability
Be familiar with Power BI, CRM platforms, or other analytics tools (an asset)
