Location: HMP Fosse Way, Leicester, LE18 4TN
Salary: £26,510 per annum, plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, working shifts between 7am and 6pm

As a People Hub Administrator in our People Hub team, you'll play a vital role in supporting absence management processes, helping managers make informed decisions and ensuring colleagues receive timely support. Your work will help maintain an effective, well-organised workforce across the business.
You'll be at the heart of a busy support function, working closely with managers, employees and workforce planning teams to maintain accurate records, coordinate key absence management activities and ensure processes are followed consistently. By providing trusted administrative support, you'll help create positive outcomes for colleagues while supporting the safe and effective delivery of services that touch lives every day.
What you'll do as a People Hub Administrator
Manage and maintain absence management records in line with company policies and procedures.
Schedule, attend and take minutes for weekly absence management meetings.
Prepare and issue correspondence to employees in line with absence and unauthorised absence procedures.
Maintain and update employee records and profiles accurately.
Work closely with Workforce Management colleagues to ensure workforce information remains accurate and up to date.
Support managers by monitoring actions and ensuring follow-up activities are completed in a timely manner.
Manage shared mailboxes and respond to enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Does this sound like you?
GCSEs in Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications.
Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people at all levels.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Experience working in a busy administrative environment with competing priorities.
A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality support.
