Corporate Bank (CB) is a leading global provider for cash management and trade finance, delivering the full range of commercial banking products and services for both corporate and financial institutions worldwide.
Relationship and Transaction Management (RTM) coverage is the corporate coverage and product sales team within RTM unit under Corporate Bank covering Multinational Corporations at subsidiary level across their transaction banking product needs.
As the local Relationship Manager Junior, you will be the first point of contact for the subsidiaries of our focus clients. You will liaise with the local Finance Director/CFO and treasurers and treasury team and become their trusted relationship manager, positioning Deutsche Bank as their preferred banking partner
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with subsidiaries of international companies within the assigned French portfolio.
- Drive cross‑product sales across Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Treasury solutions.
- Work closely with Global Relationship Management (GRM) to position Deutsche Bank as the preferred partner locally and globally.
- Ensure accurate and compliant KYC documentation in line with internal policies and AML requirements.
- Originate new business opportunities and support team leaders in shaping strategies, implementation plans, and process adjustments in response to market or regulatory changes.
Skills
- Over 5 years of experience in corporate banking, with good knowledge of banking legislation, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
- Solid understanding of trade finance, cash management, and FX products.
