Join us as an Accounts Receivable Administrator in Cork

About the role
As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring the sales ledger remains accurate and customer queries are resolved efficiently. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of customer service and financial accuracy.
Duties also include:
Managing the accounts receivable shared mailbox and distributing queries
Resolving invoice queries and maintaining accurate logs
Producing credit notes accurately and in a timely manner
Posting cash receipts daily and investigating discrepancies
Providing proof of delivery documents to customers
Supplying invoices and statements on request
Supporting credit control processes and managing stopped orders
Assisting with period end close activities
Chasing overdue debts and maintaining communication logs
Maintaining accurate filing systems
This role supports the smooth running of our finance operations, helping us deliver reliable service to our customers and maintain strong financial controls across the business.

This role is based in Little Island, Cork. We can consider some hybrid working arrangements after an initial training period and depending on business needs.
Hours are: 8.30am to 5pm Mon to Thurs 8.30am to 4pm Fri
About you
Essential
Good experience as an administrator in an accounting environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong numerical skills
Confidence using business systems
Ability to manage your own priorities
Desirable
Experience with SAP
