About the role As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring the sales ledger remains accurate and customer queries are resolved efficiently. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of customer service and financial accuracy. Duties also include: Managing the accounts receivable shared mailbox and distributing queries Resolving invoice queries and maintaining accurate logs Producing credit notes accurately and in a timely manner Posting cash receipts daily and investigating discrepancies Providing proof of delivery documents to customers Supplying invoices and statements on request Supporting credit control processes and managing stopped orders Assisting with period end close activities Chasing overdue debts and maintaining communication logs Maintaining accurate filing systems This role supports the smooth running of our finance operations, helping us deliver reliable service to our customers and maintain strong financial controls across the business. We can consider some hybrid working arrangements after an initial training period and depending on business needs.
