Accounting Technician – Quebec

We are looking for an Accounting Technician to support our team in the day-to-day execution of accounting activities. In this role, you will be actively involved in various tasks throughout the accounting cycle in a dynamic environment where accuracy, collaboration, and attention to detail are crucial. Responsibilities More specifically, you will be responsible for: Preparing and issuing multi-currency invoices Recording customer payments in the accounting system Managing transactional portals and websites Assisting with the processing and recording of vendor invoices Reviewing invoices and processing supplier payments Preparing and entering multi-currency expense reports Performing various reconciliations, follow-ups, and analyses Completing other related tasks as required Qualifications Hold a Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in Accounting or a related field Have one to three years of accounting experience Have experience working in a multi-currency context (an asset) Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken Be proficient in Microsoft Excel Be methodical, organized, and detail-oriented InnovMetric offers excellent working conditions: Flexible work schedule, allowing for a good balance between personal and professional life Possibility of teleworking Competitive salary and bonus system Group insurance and telemedicine service Free tea, coffee, and parking Sports and social activities as well as IMBand music group (check it out on Youtube!)
