The accounting team at the Paris branch consists of 5 people. Three of them handle accounting, tax, and various reports to our central bank. One is responsible for managing and tracking all branch overhead expenses.

About the job:

Key Responsabilities:

The position we need to fill involves:

  • Managing and tracking the portfolio of commercial paper.

  • Managing and controlling expense reports for branch employees.

  • Managing and tracking check remittances and outstanding payments from our clients.

  • Managing and tracking bank charges billed by our correspondent banks.

  • Managing and processing corporate credit cards for branch employees.

Qualifications:

  • University entrance exam + 2 years of university studies or equivalent.

  • No prior experience required.

  • Languages: French, Spanish (English optional if you speak Spanish).

  • Accounting and/or banking knowledge.

  • Skills: Teamwork, change management, initiative.
