Malt is scaling up fast and recruiting for our top-performing Sales team in order to accelerate our growth. 


Our Account Managers (AM) are the heartbeat of our client relationships.

While the Key Account Manager (KAM) focuses on global strategy and framework agreements, the Account Manager is the driver of operational success and growth within the account. You will be deeply embedded in the client's daily life, ensuring that every department has the "Malt reflex" and that every project finds its perfect freelance expert.


This is a challenging “full-stack” sales role that will directly contribute to the commercial expansion of Malt all while building quality relationships with our key accounts.

 

Key responsibilities   

 

I. Strategic Activation & Expansion


- Account Penetration: You will identify and engage new hiring managers and stakeholders within your assigned account to broaden Malt’s footprint.

- Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new opportunities and projects by understanding the internal needs of different business units.

- Product Evangelism: Conduct targeted product demos and workshops to ensure all users master the platform and understand the benefits of the Malt model.


II. Develop the “Malt Reflex” & Trusted Advisor Status

- Consultative Matching: Act as a talent advisor by helping clients define their needs and selecting the most relevant freelance profiles from our community.

- Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based daily relationships with operational managers to become their go-to partner for all talent-related challenges.

- Sales Discipline: Maintain a high level of CRM accuracy to track your activity, forecast growth, and report on the health of your account.
