Your Mission 

As an Account Executive (AE) for the Culture vertical in France and Southern Europe, you’ll lead our growth efforts by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with museums, theatres, concert halls, and cultural institutions.
 
You’ll work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Marketing, and the Sales Operations team to drive revenue and help cultural organizations modernize their audience engagement through digital transformation.
 
This role requires consultative selling skills, a deep appreciation for the arts and culture sector, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles from first contact to contract signature.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure within the cultural sector in France and Southern Europe
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers at theatres, venues and cultural institutions
  • Present and demonstrate Secutix’s platform and solutions to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with BDRs to qualify and nurture leads
  • Represent Secutix at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and maintain records in Salesforce
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success

 

Who You Are

You’re a passionate, consultative salesperson who understands the cultural landscape in France and Southern Europe. You enjoy engaging with arts and culture professionals, understanding their challenges, and delivering technology solutions that make a difference.

 You bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or technology for the cultural or entertainment sector
  • Strong understanding of the French market and fluency in French and English, any other language is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • A structured, autonomous, and proactive working style
  • A solid network in the relevant cultural scene, ideally at decision-making level
  • A genuine interest in arts, culture, and digital transformation
