Join us at razorfish.com. Job Description The Account Executive will support the Client Service team in the day-to-day management of an automotive client business. This role will serve as the lead on the T2 workstream, overseeing the execution of regional tagging and sponsorship assets while ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives. The Account Executive will also support select Tier 1 (T1) initiatives and miscellaneous account projects, serving as a trusted point of contact for both the client and internal agency teams. Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of the T2 workstream, ensuring regional tagging, sponsorship assets, and campaign deliverables are executed accurately, on schedule, and within budget. Manage project timelines, estimates, and creative asset development from kickoff through final delivery. Serve as a primary point of contact for the client on assigned projects, providing timely communication, status updates, and proactive problem-solving. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Creative, Production, Strategy, Media, Traffic, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution. Support select T1 marketing initiatives and miscellaneous account projects as needed, helping drive integrated campaign execution across channels. Maintain project documentation, timelines, budgets, and approvals while identifying and mitigating potential risks. Build strong relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders to foster collaboration and efficient workflow. Develop a strong understanding of the client business, brand priorities, and campaign objectives to help deliver thoughtful, strategic solutions. Qualifications 1–3 years of agency or marketing experience, preferably supporting integrated marketing campaigns. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across clients and agency teams. Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with sound judgment and problem-solving skills. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
