  • "Global Corporate & Investment Banking": global relationship with the main French corporate groups of the CAC 40 and SBF 120 stock exchange index

  • "Japanese Corporate Banking": relationship with the subsidiaries of Japanese groups in France.

Overview of the Department/Section

You will join the FX Corporate Solutions Sales team and the Treasury Department. The Global Markets Sales & Trading platform works in close collaboration to support clients in achieving their FX hedging and liquidity management objectives. Sales maintains direct relationships with corporate clients, providing market insights and strategic solutions that are executed by the Trading desk, all underpinned by indepth financial market research to ensure the highest standard of client service.

What To Expect

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will evolve with market conditions. You will apply your curiosity, analytical mindset, and problem‑solving skills to address real business challenges, contribute to client solutions, and analyse market data to deliver insightful and innovative ideas for clients and the team.

  • Pricing FX products and supporting Sales in deal execution.
  • Monitoring and booking client trades, ensuring accurate follow‑up of transactions executed across voice and electronic platforms.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of FX hedging solutions tailored to clients’ risk management needs.
  • Producing daily market commentary (FX and macroeconomic updates) and preparing client‑facing market insights.
  • Preparing client presentations and marketing materials, responding to ad‑hoc client requests, and supporting Sales in day‑to‑day client interactions.
  • Analysing client activity metrics (volumes, hit ratios, etc.) and developing dashboards for management reporting.
  • Supporting client onboarding, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.
  • Acting as a key liaison with Middle Office, Back Office, and Risk teams on trade execution and operational matters.
  • Contributing to continuous process improvement, particularly in reporting and internal tools.

You will also support the Treasury Desk in the following areas:

  • Liquidity management: calculating end‑of‑day liquidity, collecting required inputs from multiple sources, and monitoring regulatory reserve requirements (“réserves obligatoires”) with the Banque de France.
  • Financing: monitoring clients’ daily financing needs and reporting key developments to the Treasury Manager.
  • Reporting and data management: producing daily and monthly reports, supporting internal meetings through data collection, and assisting with the preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
  • KYC oversight: maintaining and updating Know Your Customer files and responding to Compliance requests.
  • NEU CP activity support: monitoring NEU CP issuances, maintaining NEU CP programs, and producing related reporting.
  • Process improvement: contributing to the enhancement of existing tools and workflows.
  • Profit monitoring: tracking market segment profitability and investigating any material variances.

Skills and Experience – Functional/Technical competencies:

  • Master's degree
  • Degree educated in a technical/numerate field ideally and/or equivalent level of relevant experience
  • Desired: Previous experience in banking or financial services or treasury corporates

  • Verbal and written communication skills in French and English are essential.
  • Good market financial knowledge
  • Strong analytical & quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, VBA or Python is a plus
  • Desired: Familiarity with Bloomberg

Would be a plus:

  • data-processing
  • Basic knowledge and operational workflows in Forex, Money Market  and Derivative products, as well as execution skills with both customers and interbank dealers.
  • Knowledge and technique of the treasury front systems, E-trade platform and market information vendor systems including Reuters and Bloomberg terminals.
  • Broader knowledge of financial markets including Forex, Bond, Swap Equity, Commodity markets, economic statistics and monetary policy framework in major central banks
